How much fabric do I need?

I have made several baby quilts.... but I have never made twin size quilts and I want to make my boys each a twin sized quilt. I just want to make a simple quilt. With 6in X 6in squares on the front and a backing... how much fabric should I get... i will need three different tyes of fabric, two for the front, and one for the back.
