How should she dress?

I'm making a cartoon, and I have a character that acts a lot like Gaz, from Invader Zim, and Mandy, from The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, and I don't know what style of clothes she should wear. Any ideas? She is around their age too. Please give specific examples like 'dress her in a yellow hooded pea coat, with a pink pleated skirt, and rain boots' if you think she should dress girly. Thanks.
