I have a ford bronco 1987 , i crossed the battery cables and now it will not start . Help?

Lets ume you were lucky and your bronco is equipped with a fusible link. Very near the battery connection (on the positive side) you will see a rectangular plastic box. It is a fuse that is there to protect your electrical system. It should be burned out.
