What you think I can get fiance Visa..?

I get divorce in japan 10 year ago from my japanese husband..I have divorce certificate from japanese embascy,I want to get married again to american boyfriend.I ask you If I get fiance visa you think they will allowed me and I can go in USA I can get married to my boyfriend even though i have still record in national statistic office here in philipines with my japanese husband.
