Cerebral bran tumor!!?

ok, my cousin she has surgery to remove cerebral brain tumor,,she never had surgeried before,,this tumor is growing but its not pushing anything in brain,,she had no symptoms too..she has fever now, the doctor sia dno asprin or multivitamin until surgery,,what can she take to heal the fever
