Has anyone tried the Ultimate Voice Coach - Learn To Sing Like A Star dvd?

Does it help your singing?It starrs Paula Abdul and Randy Jackson from American Idol.Does anyone own it NOW and have tried it with success in vocal skills?(i would want advice from the people that purchased it).
