I drive a light purple van - is that weird?

I'm 19 guy and use my mother's van for a car, until I buy one here of my own very soon. Is that too much? My older brother's 24 and he's used it when he get his car suspended or WHATever happened, he commuted with the same van daily. I'm afraid the color is embarrasing. It's a chrysler plymouth 1997. Benefit - it's been cheaper than getting my own.
