Is it possible to change the graphics card of a Lenovo Ideapad Y450?

Is it possible to change the graphics card of a Lenovo Ideapad Y450 which initially has an Intel GMA X4500 installed? I was planning to switch it with a better discrete Nvidia graphics card if possible.
