MLA format help! Citing sources and in-text help!!!?

Bras are an important part of a female's clothing routine, but in males this is unnecessary. That sentence doesn't need to be quoted or cited because it is considered to be general knowledge. As for MLA help, I suggest finding a copy of Rules for Writers by Diana Hacker.
