Should I be upset...?

My husband dropped me off for work yesterday and went on an interview. I did not hear from him until he picked me up at the end of the day. I was waiting in anticipation to see if he got the job. Upon checking his phone I see that he called his sister who I hate (plenty of good reasons, he only met her four years ago and she has stolen from me, talks bad about me to him, etc.) and told her the good news during the day that he had got the job. I tried calling him several times throughout the day and he didn't answer his phone. I know he wasn't waiting to see me and suprise me with the news because even when he picked me up he didn't tell me, I had to sc it out of him. I am so upset that he told that b*tch before me. Do I have a right to be upset and how should I approach him with this issue without a big fight (it is a touchy subject & we argue all the time about how much time he talks to her.)?
