What am I sick with??? my symptoms are listed below?

I have sore throat,cough,congsted nose and congested chest,pain in upper left abdomen fever,chills, very sleepy and am weak. plz dont tell me go to dr or er already been to er they said probly virus go home and rest. if anyone has any clue what i'm sick with plz let me know
