Where can i find Puffy Paint cheap ?

Where can i find Puffy Paint for a cheap price ? I live in Plainfield IL, and, i need some Puffy Paint for my cloth's. You see i go to Middle School ,and my mascot for my school is, Bulldog's. So i want to create some pant's with Puffy Paint and a t-shirt with Puffy Paint, that say's like "Go Bulldog's, Ruff Ruff" or something on the pant's "Bulldog's 09-10 Ruff" So i need to know where i can get Puffy Paint for the cheapest price. Like walmart i heard of, but im wondering can i find it at, Micheal's Art's and Craft Store ? Or like Target ? Help ME thank's so much. Bye !
